“The bottom line is that we got much more leverage out of our money. I felt like I got more than I was paying for.”

-Pam Rogers Boney, Regional Vice President

If you’re wondering if MRPP is better at handling small local accounts or large national accounts, just ask Pam Rogers Boney. She’s worked with MRPP on both, and she’ll testify that they’re adept at managing complicated national co-ops, as well as local campaigns.

Nine years ago the Embassy Suites Hotel Raleigh/Crabtree Valley (ESH) wanted a local ad campaign that would generate response. Regional VP, Pam Rogers Boney, explains that the hotel was used to dealing with large ad agencies through their regional co-op (which had since disbanded) and they wanted to do something on their own, without all the bureaucracy of a large agency. They hired MRPP, who put them in touch with a local designer to do the creative. What began as a small local account has evolved into 10 regional co-ops across the nation.

How did MRPP get all those accounts?

“I was just so blown away by their organization and service,” says Boney. “They did such a wonderful job for the hotel in general, we wanted the synergy of bringing the North Carolina and South Carolina hotels together again,” she explains. They pulled in MRPP as a resource to orchestrate it.

“I had worked with other agencies through our co-op in the past, and they always wanted to do the creative,” says Boney. “The billing was confusing. We had to do all the hard work ourselves. But MRPP made it easy for us.”

The bottom line- “We got much more leverage out of our money,” claims Boney. “It was affordable.”

Boney says that the corporate office was so impressed, they recommended MRPP for other co-ops across the nation. MRPP now works with regional co-ops from Florida to Texas to California. “MRPP offers something that is very useful for companies like us,” concludes Boney. “They exceeded our expectations.”
